Our opinion
One of the most beautiful chambray with a dark houndstooth pattern.
The fabric is made in Italy in a factory created at the end of the 19th century.
Chambray, a medium weight cotton fabric, composed of an unbleached thread and a generally blue thread is here composed of a dark blue houndstooth pattern. Up close, the look is close to poplin but the colored thread gives an irregular and mottled look to the fabric. Depending on its weave, chambray can be more or less casual. This is a rather light chambray and soft to the skin. It has almost the appearance of linen with the advantages of cotton.
