Protection of your personnal data All data given to Premiere Manche are only used for commercial purpose. They will never be sold. We may communicate your address to our partners for logistic reasons or for satisfaction surveys. We never have access to your bank account. Transactions are managed by PayPal or PayPlug.
Prices Prices displayed on this website may be modified at any time.
Payments In order to contract with Premiere Manche you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Premiere Manche retains the right to refuse any request made by you, and reserves the right to close your Premiere Manche account at its sole discretion. If you changed your mind after buying our products (for size or color matters), please send us an email as fast as possible. If the product was allready sent, normal delivery conditions apply.
Delivery Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. All orders passed before 10AM (GMT+0) from mondays to fridays will be sent the same day. When receiving our products, please make sure it was not damaged during transportation. Any transportation problem should be reported to our client service 4 days maximum after reception.
Exchange or returns All our products are guaranteed satisfied or reimbursed at the condition that they are sent back in perfect condition 15 days maximum after they were received. Return fees must be paid by the client if the product is returned (not exchanged). In case of an exchange, Premiere Manche will pay those exchange fees. We spend energy and time in what we do. We wish our products to be perfect and the best of the market. If our products contain some defects, please contact us.
